Central Lonsdale BIA Executive Director Introduction
Laura Prosko is the inaugural Executive Director of the Central Lonsdale Business Improvement Association (CeLo BIA), providing strategic leadership and advocacy to support small businesses and strengthen the economic vitality of Central Lonsdale.
With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in stakeholder relations, Indigenous relations, government relations, strategic communications, and community engagement, Laura has worked on some of British Columbia's largest infrastructure and energy projects, including Enbridge, Woodfibre LNG, and other major projects valued at more than $8 billion each. She also brings more than a decade of political experience at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels.
Working alongside the CeLo BIA Board of Directors, Laura is committed to championing local businesses, building strong partnerships, advocating with all levels of government, and fostering a vibrant, connected community where businesses and residents thrive together.
Laura believes the best ideas come from listening and engaging. She welcomes conversations with business owners, property owners, and community members as we work together to build an even stronger Central Lonsdale.
